We use strength and conditioning to prepare the body for all the wear withal it will go through whilst completing technical moves. We have a number of drills for you to execute that not only gets the body in great shape, but certainly will make you feel a performance difference as you can certainly argue that the conditioning itself is harder than the sparring or even the competition. Strength and conditioning can be the building blocks for your mental toughness as you will need to show heart, fortitude and dedication if you are to consistently be able to push up your level of fitness and become the best athlete you can be as well as martial artist.
