Blaq-Star Fight Team was founded in 2013 when Kofi Blaq founder of Blaq Pantha and Leon Stewart founder of 5 Star Techniques had their hands full with clients for their respective businesses and were constantly queried about putting together a team for those who wanted to use martial arts to compete. With both men being active fighters with well rounded skills it made sense to come together and bundle all the knowledge to pass on to the up and coming fighters.
The fight team was born. Blaq-Star set out to find fighters of different disciplines and backgrounds and sort to add the missing skills to these fighters. Witching a short space of time Blaq Star had found Karate guys, Muay Thai fighters, Judo practitioner, JiuJitsu players and started rolling them out on the syllabus. Now is your chance to start your journey into martial arts whether you want to learn a single discipline or MMA, all levels are welcome and at Blaq Star we will use our championship experience to help find the Champion in you.
