No charge will be applied if you cancel 48 hours, you will be credited into your account otherwise, you will be charged for the session unless there is a medical reason.

Q: How often should I train?

Depending on your goals between 3 and 5 times a week, particularly if you want to develop results.

Q: How frequently should I see a trainer?

Depends on your motivation. I see most clients once a week where I plan out the rest of the weeks training via homework.

Q: What happens during a Personal Training session?

You will chase your goals via physical activity behind guidelines set before training commences.

Q: Do I have to bring equipment with me?

No, anything you need will be provided by the trainer,.. However you may bring things for comfort like your own boxing gloves, shin pads and of course gum shield.

Q: Does a Personal Trainer require a doctor's certificate?

Only in certain cases where a client has heart concerns, brittle bones or pre and post natal women. Most clients can get started after completing the PAR-Q Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

Q: If I change my mind halfway can I get my money back?

No. The bundle option is for those that want to achieve goals. You can buy a single session or try out a class, but once in a bundle, it's train or lose out.

No. In the early goings it is a learning process where you get to practice techniques without digesting any power. Those that will be looking to compete will be those that have gone through a process and therefore ready for the next level.
